Concussion spotters don't make penalty calls nor do refs take players out for concussion protocol. They are two separate groups. Not to absolve the refs for their garbage work today. But Bo being taken out was not a ref decision it was the concussion spotters in all likelihood.

Bo should take the fine and go on record after the game and call out these clowns, and be sure to mention the TWO uncalled head shots he's had to endure - the 2nd of which wasn't recognized at all by the officials yet he still had to go into protocol?
