    Hockey Canada certainly can't think their role is over by buying the silence of the alleged victim. They owe it to the public and supporters to explain what remedial action has been taken to the players involved. In the event Hockey Canada has done nothing then they need to be held accountable for their neglect and gross incompetence.

    Interesting information. If it was my decision a five year contract sounds right at an average annual value of 9 plus million per season.

    We need a capable backup goaltender, improve the defense and strengthen the talent of our third and fourth line players.

    Looks like you've given this some serious thought and here's some feedback. First, I don't know Marino however that price sounds a little like an over-pay. Second, I would love to have Miller return for 5 years at eight point five, otherwise the term is too long.

    I just think the perceived generational difference in his approach to the game will be attractive to the new management.

    Bruce is a safe bet, but if the opportunity is there the team will go hard after Maurice.

    Nice work. For Miller my opinion is more like a 5 - 6 year contract as a maximum and I am pretty sure the conversation will start at $9 million as a minimum.

    Here's another idea, how about we wait until the event is history before we comment on his ability, or not, to lead a national team this year.

    IMO you have over-rated the worth of BB on the trade market and under-valued JT Miller.

    Not moi. I find it hard (in a manner of speaking) not, not to get excited for next year. I am done with the current season and am looking forward to what next year will bring.
