      Agreed, Jimbo takes a ton of flack, but people really dont seem to see the crap hand he was dealt to take this on.  Roll in pressure from the owner and the media/fans, and you have a cluster fire thats near impossible to deal with.  This team is at least 2 years away from being able to challenge for anything.  I hope they win at this draft, and pickup an A List UFA, I think that will help immensely.

      Solid GM, as with any has areas of strength and weakness. I don't think any one area of weakness is enough to be a deal breaker. He has shown he can build the organization up through the draft and it is now starting to show at the NHL level. We can play hindsight on missed picks and UFA signings until the cows come home, doesn't really mean a whole lot in the overall scheme of things.
