    according to may calculations with 5 players cap friedly has on the canucks roster that will be in abbotsford and counting ferlands cap hit, canucks have about 20mil  to pay their 4 rfa's.

      Joe's calculations are as of today.  Includes:

      -$14M available

      -Ferland's $3.5M

      -2 forward contracts currently counted to be moved to Abbotsford ($1.475M)

      -1 defenceman contract currently counted to be moved to Abby (most likely Brad Hunt at $800K)

      -Total available to sign Petey, Hughes, Dickison and Juolevi: approx. $20M, as per Joe's calculations

       

      Word is Juolevi has accepted the Q-offer, but the two parties on working on a longer contract (source: Dhaliwal)
