Anti-Bettman
That's good to hear! As long as he's actually 100%, and not jumping in early, i'm happy for him. Can't wait to see him on the ice again!!

Canuck Surfer
Is anyone else projecting a Syd Crosby Return? Seriously though; we have not seen the best of Ryan Kesler since he got hurt against San Jose. Might take a few games, but I've been waiting a long time for the real Ryan Kesler to come back! What a great highlight goal! But again, seriously, RK's value is that he is our best overall athlete who has hockey skills. Yes Hank & Dank have to be the most talented. Booth is probably the single best athletic specimen. But at 207 lbs Kesler plays like a bull above his weight class, and his work rate wears out opposing players. Then he still has the durability and skills to make teams pay. What this does is draws match ups, as it takes a certain amount of speed and size to play against RK17. And he eliminates many offensive threats as he is also is amongst the top 3 or 5 defensive forwards in the game. He provides room and space for all other Canucks. If he's healthy; we just got a whole lotta better!
DeNiro
Maybe AV is confused about being medically cleared to play meaning that he's going to play right away? Just because a player is medically cleared, doesn't mean they're ready to play mentally.
nuck nit
Kes will make the decision, himself. At least that is what the .org has reiterated so let's see what Ryan says. Sorry for Manny.TSN reporting he does not want to retire. Forced retirement sucks when the big boss needs those dollars for another signing. DownUndaCanuck
Sedin - Sedin - Kassian Burrows - Kesler - Higgins Raymond - Schroeder - Hansen Weise - Lapierre - Volpatti Kassian > Burrows in every sense of the game right now. He's bigger, tougher, stands up for the twins better and is showing he has better hands and more skill than Burrows too.
DeNiro
Is it really smart to put him in this soon? Wasn't he just cleared for contact like a week ago?

cc_devil
Hopefully he'll come back when he's ready and not early as AV wants. They need a healthy Kesler not a mostly ready Kesler when there's no need to rush him in yet AV..
