D-Money
He couldn't stop a beach ball in the 2 games he's been in (1 start, 1 mop-up). Guess his heart isn't in it anymore. He'd still be making 1.3 million in the AHL this season, but he'd have to be apart from his family.

Master Mind
It's a shame the way it ended this year. Was he struggling through an injury maybe? Otherwise he should've stayed as backup the whole year. Enjoy retirement Biron

hockeyville88
That's too bad He was probably contemplating retirement, but not until the end of the season. A trusted, veteran backup doesn't expect to be waived in the middle of a season. To have your career come to such an unceremonious end must be tough Good luck to him
Gran Turismo
That Hertl goal might've been the final straw. Best of luck to him and his future endeavours.
Xbox
Is it that hard to type www.nhl.com in your browser to see if he's telling the truth? Although that's true, it's still a pain in the *** when the OP doesn't add the link themselves.
elvis15
Is it that hard to type www.nhl.com in your browser to see if he's telling the truth? Certainly an extra step for me (and repeat for everyone else viewing the thread) versus the OP having already been on that page and failing to at least copy the link when creating a thread. It's not like it'd be the first time someone created a thread without a source that was false, intentionally or otherwise.

Herberts Vasiljevs
He was really good in Buffalo before the Miller era. In NHL 04 he was money in the bank
Spoosh
Biron has always been one of my favorite goalies. I still remember him sporting that #00 in his rookie season. Can't remember if it was an actual NHL game or preseason, but that's the one thing that caught my attention back then. He had a good career. Best of luck with all the new challenges.
