Never really given a fair shot. Canucks are scoring an average of 1 goal a game all year which doubtful will be addressed anytime this year. You can't give up size like Alberts. Remember the Stanton pick up at the end of training camp changed things a lot. Alberts was slotted in that spot most likely. Alberts was slotted in that spot most likely. Who cares about Alberts size hes a very slow skater, who often makes mistakes in the defensive end. You are talking through a hand puppet, come back to reality and put up some facts before you even speculate like that. As far as Weber, he did nothing with the chances he was given. elvis15 Posted November 18, 2013 Share Posted November 18, 2013 Makes some sense, he and Alberts both haven't shown that well this year and the one advantage Weber had was being able to play forward. Well, now that Archie has shown he can do a better job as the first call up and we're getting back Booth, Hansen and even Weise soon, Weber's lost that advantage. It certainly doesn't help him that our best D right now in Utica is Corrado so if any top 4 injuries happen it's more likely Corrado gets the call than having Weber play any significant minutes.
