I might be back, who knows, but I've got my English 12 provincial coming up and I can't be distracted in the upcoming weeks. I hope that interest flares up again after that though, should be some great games, like the later T-Rex hosted games, and the Peaches & CA hosted games (where 35+ page games were normal). But anyway yeah it's been fun. I definitely think I did a better job hosting than the last real game I did (totally screwed that one up) so I'm glad I could leave on a high note (not to mention my back-to-back wins as sheriff before this game ) So, yeah, see you guys around. I imagine this is the longest Mafia has ever run on CDC consistently without having a huge gap in stopping In terms of real time, don't think so. In terms of consecutive games, perhaps. I haven't kept up my document lately, but we've thrice had about 15-17 games in a row, and I think we at least equaled that here, if not surpassed it. I'm also taking the GFY route. So 24 or 25, depending on how you want to count it. To more thoroughly answer GFY's question, then... In real time, it still doesn't surpass the initial spree of games, though. From the beginning to when it first died off, the original Mafia went at least 9 months (the early games are lost, so I can't confirm the actual amount of time). However, due to major changes at certain points (game structure, GMs, etc) I counted them as separate "series" in my list. If you counted all those games consecutively as one series, it was 28 games long. Comparatively, from the time T-rex revived the game until now, it's been 6 months (as of tomorrow, in fact). But we've apparently played games at a somewhat faster rate - a rate of nearly 1 game a week, turnaround time included. THE MOAR U KNO! Link to comment

Time Lord Posted January 11, 2014 Share Posted January 11, 2014 What a great game. As you all know by now, I pretended to be the doctor. The vigilante(VICanucksfan) told me his identity. Peaches told me he was the sheriff's spokesperson. I gave the Mafia this information, which turned out to be quite useful. Of course, It became known quickly that Kryten was the real doctor, and I was lynched. But my work was done. The rest of the Mafia carried out the plan, not looking too suspicious at all. The sheriff got lucky with his investigations though. GFY was by far our best player. He raised no suspicion in any way from the Townspeople. In the final round, everyone had voted to lynch him, but he managed to change their minds and got PPCLI lynched instead. Unfortunately, BDM serial killed him. The mafia came so close. I forgot to pass the medkit to the mafia because I thought I could pass it at daytime in round 2, but it turns out I was wrong. I guess this is my fault. Great game AT and everyone who played.
