Lundqvist won the Rangers this series but their defence played outstandingly - give credit to AV on that one. He made Pittsburgh play his style and won. Good job by him and his coaching staff, particularly their defensive coach (whoever that is).

Then there are the two most clutch players on the team. Richards and St. Louis won a Cup together doing what they did tonight, and it looks like they're getting hot at the right time. These two still have chemistry and the Rangers have done what LA did when they won the Cup - bringing old pieces back together for another run. Chemistry is a big factor of scoring in the playoffs and the Rangers have it right. They could easily go all the way this season. Sure Pittsburgh did not play very well at all, but the Rangers look for real.

Honestly I'd keep Malkin and trade Crosby. I don't think Crosby provides much more than Malkin does as a player and think of the gigantic return you'd get for Crosby for his name alone. One's got a Conn Smythe and the other doesn't.
