-Vintage Canuck-
Is Demko not starting? The Americans haven't named their starting goalie yet. So, it's unconfirmed right now.
c00kies
This team has me really excited...first time I've been confident in the entire roster since we won gold. Winner is first in the group, and that's huge. I'm also curious to see who Groulx will start after this game, especially if Comrie has a strong game. Scorevat
Halverson got the last one, most likely Demko gets this one before they decide who's going to start in the medal round. 4-3 Canada.
asian player
The Americans haven't named their starting goalie yet. So, it's unconfirmed right now. Excellent, we can fill the back of the net without feeling bad
RRypien37
Right. Also Hicketts is the #7 D not Morin.

Time Lord
Also Hicketts is the #7 D not Morin. Are you sure? I thought I saw the Heatherington - Hicketts pairing together for all 3 games.
StarGirl
1st line was playing so well last game! Very happy to see Virtanen officially replace Ritchie on the 2nd line to play with McDavid and Lazar again. This game is extra huge because it's against the USA... So, LET'S GO CANADA GO~
CRAZY_4_NAZZY
Canada will rely heavily on Lazar, Reinhart, and Morrissey to calm the storm, nerves and just be a stable presence of leadership. I feel they will be the ones that will be the biggest difference tomorrows game. If you need a big play, goal etc look to those 3 returnee leaders. Canucks1219
Lots of pressure on McDavid. He didn't have a point in the last game (media narrative) and it's the McDEichel showdown (media narrative). The microscope is going to be on Virtanen's line, which may work in Canada's favour because the top line can just go out and do their thing. As will Petan and Fabbri... and Paul I guess. I'd say it's fair to think it's going to be a tightly played game. Maybe a 3-2 game. My gut-feeling tells me that Petan will continue to play well, hidden on the third line. Same stakes as the Olympics? *edit* First picture went down. Hopefully this one stays up. To be fair, it does say "keeps"... and you guys lost that bet, so... Are you sure? I thought I saw the Heatherington - Hicketts pairing together for all 3 games. Maybe it's just me, but I notice Hicketts the least at 5-on-5. I sort of penciled him in as #7. SabreFan1
To be fair, it does say "keeps"... and you guys lost that bet, so... After we lost, we tried to do an end-around and use a loophole to get him out of the country and back to Canada but the White House wouldn't co-operate. https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/deport-justin-bieber-and-revoke-his-green-card/ST1yqHJL
