Single game elimination starting with a 16 team bracket. If they win today, they advance to an 8 team group and would play tomorrow. If they lose, their tournament is over. Win today and tomorrow and they advance to the Frozen Four on April 5th. Win April 5th and they play for the championship on April 7th. Lose any game, you’re done. I remember watching when UND won the Frozen Four and I still remember it as being one of the most exciting games (Brock being on the team helped) I've ever watched.!
