If anyone needs to be kicked out of Nato it will be Turkey not to mention they also denied, allowing the U.S to use their air bases to launch attacks against ISIS. Russia does not have anywhere near that number of operational aircraft. Russia has a certain number of forces that are in good condition and then a huge number that are not. Russia has the second largest air force and the second or most advance air force in the world. The only other country that is comparable to the United States when it comes to technology is Russia. your mistaken their aviation standards to their air force. 2 different things. Russia is well known for not maintaining their commercial air planes, but when it comes to air power Russia actually even has a bigger air force then China.
