The service fees they add kills , it’s like you pretty much have to sell at your membership price

They add like 22% on top of the price you set, plus they take 6% from the sell side. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I hope they have some decent benifits this year. last year I got the meet the team event and non-club pre sale access. any insight with what they'll offer this year with covid?

I asked my rep about the Captain's Room, and they said it's closed for the foreseeable future because of labour shortages in restaurant staff, so I doubt membership there will be a benefit offered.

I wonder if they are going to offer any benefits at all….. I doubt jerseys off the backs will be happening also or the meet the players

No , I usually go to half the games and sell the other half , I get sellers credit to help pay towards the next season

I like this idea, I'm going with cheques for the time being though.

Is the credit transfer immediate, or processed in the same way as a mailed cheque - as in, you get the credit 5 to 10 days following the game that was sold.

You get it following the game 5 days I think

That won't change soon.  After Dr. Bonny announced the return to full capacity, I watched a Canucks spokesman on TV yesterday say they would hire 1000 workers now.   Good luck to them with that, as there are severe shortages of service workers everywhere due to the CERB Beach Vacation program and declining youth population, so expect long lineups at the kiosk at Rogers this season.

Well my food/beverage card appears to still not be activated, so I emailed my account rep.  Got the following automated reply: Due to my introductory email being sent out to my block of membership accounts, I am experiencing a higher than normal volume of inbound calls and emails. Please be advised that responses may be delayed, and I will assist with your inquiry as soon possible.

Hope I can get this ironed out by Tuesday, would like to use the card for the home opener.  Unless I can still use my 2019.20 card, I still have a balance on that.

EDIT:  Surprise!  I got a reply already:  Your new Canucks card will be activated with your food & beverage credit a day prior to your first game. Please also note that if you have a remaining balance on your 2019.20 card it will be accepted this season as well.

Mines just blank on the back with a magnetic strip.

Aren't you a first year?  Do you get this credit?  Mine has a barcode, but the number under the barcode is just my 7 digit account number.

I always ask for sellers credit so I pay off half my games towards the following year

I go for cash, then pay for my tickets with a 3% cashback Mastercard.  A couple cards will get you 2%.

Spoke to my rep, new people don’t get it.

That's such bad business.  You'd think they would move more season tickets advertising $400 free food and BOOZE.

Cause it doesn't cost them $400.  More like a cost of $100 for them.  I am going to try to get 2 jerseys at the store.
