He is soft on the puck, He makes bad passes, He is scoring at less than .5 pts per game. He gets paid 7.35m. He made one good pass to Miller who made an amazing play to create a goal. Petey did not have a good game for a guy who is supposed to be our best player. Miller has been our best player all year. Don't even start to compare them. He showed a couple great flashes this game, knocking an LA player off the puck in the defensive zone and taking away an offensive zone rush from them at our blue line. I don’t think he’s sure of his positioning yet and where he needs to go when trying to get the puck. His rookie season he had all kinds of space, now he doesn’t and is struggling to figure out how to play effectively with little to no room on the ice. Any forecheck was followed up with the other two forwards changing to make it an easy out for the Kings. Edit: with that said the defensive structure was miles ahead of Green though.
