This is a classic case of adding a quality player to a great team. Props up his play to a higher level. In theory adding a guy who would be the leading scorer would send them through the roof.

 

We have always done the opposite. Added players who need to be lifted yet for more money lol

Just saw an example of a change I'd like to see....

 

Smith cuts through the slot and his head snaps back, supposedly because of a high stick.....to me, that should be a penalty one way or another. Call the play right away, go to the video and it's either a high stick, or an unsportsmanlike call....

 

That would eliminate the acting we've been seeing more and more....
