How Maroon doesn't get a penalty with that lumber jack chop to the back of Manson leg after the Lehkonen goal is beyond me? That was a career ending swing !

The same way Peverley didn't get one when doing the same thing to Bieksa in the series against us

I don't want this guy on the Canucks...

Dude stepped up and stuck it to folks after winning it all, I don't blame him

People scapegoated this dude so hard even if he made dumb decisions

Kadri has given people concussions with dirty plays.  Sorry no sympathy from me even though that's no excuse for those racist remarks that he got through social media.

Lol. Find a Cale Makar somewhere. Good &^@#ing luck.

Amazing how lucky the Avs were to land him.

Worst record in 2016-17 which in most scenarios would have had them draft one or two. They take Hischier or Patrick (the consensus top 2) and they’re not sitting here as cup champs.

Funny how what seems like a loss at the time ends up being a major win in the long run. And what seemed like a win for a team like the Flyers will haunt their fans for a long time…

Av’s losing the draft lottery in 17 was the best thing that happened for them. And getting rid of Duchene for Girard and Byram plus more was  a close second. That’s why trading JT should be top priority for our club. We need to hit a home run with the return or it could set our franchise back a few more years.

Us moving back to 5 actually worked in our favour too.

Yes we missed out on Makar, but if you think about it had we taken Makar instead of Petey we probably wouldn’t have taken a D man the following year. Meaning we would have taken one of the bust forwards.

So Petey plus Hughes over Makar and a bust is better for this franchise in the long run.

I like miller a lot, but we cant afford to sign him to a 9 mill yr contract.  7 i can live with.  If we can get a haul for him, its got to be done.
