Hoggy gives 100%. Also: He can only be as good as the players he's playing with. I'm sure he'll do the same in Abbotsford but what a kick in the ass.

Too good for the minors. Maybe new management will do him a solid and trade him somewhere where he can help an NHL team.

He can’t help any NHL team if he isn’t burying the chances he’s getting.

Agreed. Hoglander has been quite awful.

70% of offensive control on a team that can't hold a lead. Yeah, absolutely dreadful.

Why would we need somebody so bad that they forecheck, regain the puck and maintain it 70% of the time they're out on the ice when we can let the other team possess it and try to score against us and get back in the game?

Who needs control of the puck to win hockey games these days?

Don’t know why the team created an analytics department if they don’t use it.

Need a more progressive coach and management if we’re ever going to match the likes of Colorado and Tampa.

Everybody focuses on his first game where he couldn't bury goals, but then conveniently forget the other games where he had the highest successful high danger pass % on the team and his line mates couldn't bury their chances either.

He's not or hasn't been given enough opportunity this year. When he has had some time, it beats some of the performances from others.

He’s been playing with Pettersson most of the first five games lol what are you talking about?

I'm not knocking that 4th line, again, just like last season it's a very effective line. It just means that, barring injuries, we have 10 NHL calibre forwards for 9 roster spots.

And that's a good thing; need a whole fleet of NHLers in Abby ready for the attrition that will happen on the way to the playoffs,

And, at least One Step Beyond.

(Turn your speakers up to "11"!)
