112
What a fighter, Gino was. How long had he been terminal? He's gone to rest at home now. Sad to see him go but happy he's with the Holy Spirit. 1

Popular Post -DLC-
My son had sent me this message....just as my daughter arrived in tears as we have to say goodbye to a family dog today (he's 13)...she's on her way out there to see him one last time. What a clusterpuck of a day. RIP dear Gino...had the great pleasure of meeting/chatting with you and you were an absolute gentleman. You were heart and soul Canuck and will be greatly missed (I just sent his sister a message...we'd become SM "friends" and she's as nice as Gino). Dammit. 6 3

Sad to see him go but happy he's with the Holy Spirit. Awhile back (not too long ago) he had a virus or infection or something that had him in hospital but the prognosis had been good. Wonder if it weakened him and took a toll. Just gutted over this. When he was in VGH (originally) my friend and I went out there...a crowd was there cheering him on and he waved out the window at first. Then someone wheeled him down to the entrance way and outside so we could chant for him. 5
