    i think it will be interesting to see, what the sedin's role will be this year? do they play with ericksson, granlund or sutter, or do they take a young guy on their line, like virtanen, goldobin or dahlen. is their roles now as mentors or just finishing off their careers on a high note?

      @Zhukini agreed on D to some extent, I think Loui E isn't given nearly enough credit for how hard he worked on that front with the twins to keep the line at a decent level. I think Green will use them for fewer minutes and mostly for o-zone work - i checked the stats and back in 2011 season Daniel had over 80% ozone starts under AV so that would help, and playing 15 minutes instead of 20 and they might have a very good season.

      @S'all Good Man That's how I think they'll be deployed as well, but then it becomes a problem because if you have no choice but to start them in the offensive zone, that is putting players like Baertschi, Granlund, Goldobin etc... in a less than an ideal situation going forward. I think the perfect storm would be to give the twins their O zone starts, but keep their total TOI between 15-16 minutes Max, and having them not start power plays.

      The extended bon voyage. Defensively, they were givin me heart failure, last yr. Once Daniel gets 1K, kinda hope Green will be creative in their deployment.

       

      Don't see the harm in putting them with 4 younger, faster skaters(eg: Hank 2C with speedy wings; Danny maybe with Sutter?)

       

      Sedinery was fun for a decade+..but whattheheck lasts forever?
