Kind of like he did his first season here, when you know.. we actually made the playoffs

If Dorsett and Rodin had been healthy Megna and Chaput would have been down helping Utica.

I've thought that myself until recently when Benning said they'd be signing a couple of their kids after their college seasons, which to me sounds like Boeser and Gaudette, Lockwood doesn't seem like he near ready for the pros. Megna does his best, but he's a thirteenth forward/AHL tweener type of journeyman pro. His best just isn't very good most nights I'm afraid. But you did hear Benning say on trade deadline day that he planned to sign "a couple of our college players" or words to that affect right. I agreed with your assessment right up until then, now I'm not sure what to think.
Salmonberries
Benning being Benning it's always possible he didn't mean precisely what he said, but if he did mean what he said then we should expect two of our three college prospects to be signing after their seasons are finished. WeneedLumme
Demko seems to play better when he is the man. Wasn't his hot streak earlier this year when he was temporarily the number one?

He's been doing okay when his role is limited and killing it when he gets the majority of starts. Whatever the Canucks do with miller and markstrom, they need to make sure demko is the number 1 in Utica next season for him to take the next step on the path to becoming our future number 1 tender.

Similar reason Markstrom needs more starts next year.

Right, so it's about "a couple of our kids". They are also looking at signing college FAs.
Honeydew
Looking like Demko has his groove going. I hope we stack up the comets for a good run this year.
