honestly couldnt tell if it hit him or not the glove was blocking the veiw, but i aint gunna call flop on that one though.

So call the dive as well then.  Easy call when a Bruins fan is admitting Backes is a flopping piece of trash.  Hopefully the next time he goes down it's for real.

 

Personally I'd prefer if only the dive was called in embellishment situations, regardless of original infraction.

Sold =/= dive. Sold is making sure the ref saw he got hit in the face, no different then Kesler, Burrows and the Sedins did here.

 

Backes isn't “a diving piece of trash.” 

 

You also don't have to whine about them “flopping” every time someone loses an edge. It's tiresome.
