How does one sleep... when their sleeping pattern is so flip flopped?! I am so awake at night and tired during the day like right now at 2:15am.

I cannot give advice on how to sleep better, however I will give this advice from experience.
DO NOT TAKE SLEEPING PILLS!!!
They only work for a short time, then you have to take more and then more and then more...
Try the age old remedy, warm milk, or sleepy tea.
De-stress yourself,(easier said than done) People with a clear conscience sleep beautifully.
