      He actually had a response planned but due to the lockout, injuries, moving targets, and the deviation of core principles, the process to release an exit statement is still not yet as uptempo as he would like. Those unwilling to comply and wait will be shipped out and the hard decisions we made "X" years ago will be made and the reset can happen.
