    i'm afraid that the only way out of cap hell for canucks, is to attach sweetners with some contracts to move them. not ideal but possible the only way. draft picks or prospects.  we should forget about winning every trade.

      I'm not low key about it, at all.  I'm pissed that they blew so much money on Boeser and Miller as well.  They had a chance to realy make some moves to balance the roser and instead they blew it on two signings that handcuff the team for both the near future and long term future

    I'm absolutely furious:

     

    I only just found out that NHL LIVE will no longer be available in Canada and if I want to watch out-of-town games, I have to use SNNOW Premium.  :angry::mad:

     

    And for those who don't see what the big deal is:

     

    1) SNNOW is a crappy unstable app that frequently crashes, regardless of what device you use.  I've missed several first periods of Canucks games because of a "playback error" and there is nothing on SN's site that tells you want that error code means or what you can do about it.  NHL LIVE was always the more stable app.
     

    2) Unlike NHL LIVE, SNNOW will not let users choose which feed to watch, even for all-US games which SN itself doesn't carry

     

    3) SNNOW Premium is more expensive than NHL LIVE (the main reason why Rogers insisted that the league remove it from this market)

      SNNOW was unwatchable early inthe season, but seem to have resolved those issues.  I've had no problems since around January.

    Just watching Horvat mic'd up and it really showed his leadership abilities. It looks like Miller and Horvat work really well with each other on the leadership of the team

      a good leader recognizes the strengths in other leaders and gives space for those strengths to come to the surface where it's helpful.  Bo, obviously, is not the kind of leader who is insecure in his abilities there, he doesn't "need" to be in the spotlight as a leader.........as he shouldn't.  He's a manager of personalities and he clearly does it well.  That's a real leader, imo

      I joined in 2003, it, honestly, wasn't a whole different.  However, I think there was a lot more civility and genuine good hearted fandom.

    I am of the opinion there is a big split in the dressing room and I am trying to figure out who is on which side...any thoughts?

    Anti Green: Boeser, Pettersson, Miller

    Pro Green: Bo, Myers, Demko

    The fact that the Canadian Government does not have 5+ massive air tankers to help stop forest fires is surprising. Its about time to start seriously considering ways to help stop forest fires.

      I don't think there would have been a water source big enough at any of those fires for a large plane to fill up at.
