OK. Looks like Matt Benning is going to be an UFA. I think he would be a great fit but get the feeling he doesn't want his uncle to be a distraction

Another sleepless night.
Any ideas on what to take or do to fall asleep?

My trick is to focus entirely on breathing. Many people have a hard time 'shutting off' their minds so refocus those thoughts elsewhere but it's easier said than done.
I try as hard as I can to inhale as much air as possible through my nose and slowly exhale the whole breath by pushing out every bit of air I can with my diaphragm. It takes me less than 6 breaths to fall asleep. Lucky me I know. But I swear by it. With all your focus on taking in and pushing out as much air as you can, you simply forget to worry about all the other stuff going on.

Who’s one prospect you’re really disappointed he never panned out? For me it’s Hunter Shinkaruk. Dude had sweet hands and was overall really good when he was drafted.

@Alflives I don't agree. While tolls provide revenue, they certainly don't keep people out of their cars and into transit. Most people will pay the tolls (unless there is a back route around them) to have the convenience of door to door delivery of themselves. Transit is viewed as inconvenient. Unless you live and work in your community, there is little incentive to use transit services. I guarantee many people would rather sit in bumper to bumper traffic than take the Skytrain.

Just for fun what would Hall do with Pettersson and Boeser?

One of Benning's main strengths is being able to find potentially great players deeper in the draft.
Case in point: Tryamkin.
Instead of spouting doom and gloom over our prospects not being considered to have elite potential at 18 years old, maybe have a little faith in our drafting and development of said players. A players development doesn't end at 18 years old.
