Still have six of their albums on vinyl and they are very well-worn. Love them all but this song is near the top for me.

 

 

And Jerry Mercer before April Wine from a band that was big in Montreal. This vinyl is almost toast but sounds more nostalgic wth the cracks and pops.

Alan Lancaster one of the founding members of Status Quo has died.

 

 

 

 

He was an Aussie for nearly half his life. 

 

I used to listen to these guys a lot in the mid to late 70's
