CTV national news on Monday, use it as the lead story, eating up 5 minutes of coverage. At the same time, war rages in Syria, tensions tighten in the Middle East with the Palestinean/Israel conflict, bombs going off in Pakistan and Afghanistan. In North America, unemployment remains high, The Fiscal Cliff looms in the US. Yet, the pregnancy of Kate, fills the headlines. Hundreds of millions of women give birth every year. I'm not effected by it and really don't care. Doesn't mean I'm negative, just that it's not important to me.My wife and I didn't watch the wedding, and not because we have anyone against the Royal Family, just that we rarely like weddings to begin with, unless it is someone that we know personally and love. I don't know William and Kate and their offspring won't change my future in the slightest.Again, not negative, it just has no effect on my life.
