Yes, stupid call on Seattle's part BUT two other people are to shoulder the blame.

First, #93 Lockett had a chance at that ball, it was 50-50 and he could have stepped up instead of getting bumped by NE's player.

Second, Wilson for forcing that throw. He could have thrown it away if he didn't think it was there. Had 3 more tries to punch it in.

These 2 make the play and they'd be heroes. Coaches are so creative and gutsy in their call. They didn't make the play, fire the coaches.

Have to agree with you there

Marshawn was open at the top of the screen and they win the game imo

Luckiest win ever. So happy though!

Taking a longer view of the playoffs, the Seahawks pulled out a miracle win against GB and gave away the win in the SB. I suppose in some ways it just wasn't meant to be. Still need some better wideout playmakers so that they can sustain long drives and aren't always in tight games where one play can lose it for you.

I'm hoping a true #1 receiver is gonna be their top priority going into the draft.

How about Chris Matthews too. To think he was selling shoes at foot locker. If he plays his cards right he could have a very bright future.

Crazy how luck works. Amazing ending will be one of the greatest Super Bowl finishes of all time. Truly memorable game.

Cowboys beat Detroit on a lucky call/play. Green Bay beats Dallas on a lucky call/play. Seattle beats Green Bay with one of the most miraculous comebacks of all time.

Then Seattle looks they are destined to pull another one out when on the last play of the game the luck finally ran out...

If ever there was a game that made the statement "it ain't over till it's over", this would be it.

Teams need to remember that anything CAN and will happen, so not to check out until the final whistle.

A valiant effort by both teams...there's no shame to be had in a game that went to the wire. A rough way to go out, but it was a battle back and forth and anyone's game.

what about hawks vs packers

Reminds me of Nux recent cup run.

If you follow the CFL too you know who he is. Browner an ex CFL guy who wan a Grey Cup with Calgary in 08 now has 2 Super Bowl rings one from Seattle that they gave him (even though he got suspended late last year) and now one from the Patriots.

Chris Matthews used to play for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and was rookie of the year in 2012. He was a jump ball specialist then too even going back all the way to college ball.

I really thought they had in the bag after game 2 and the great start they had in game 3. The Rome hit and subsequent aftermath changed that series not to mention the fact the Canucks had so many guys playing banged up.

Kind of like Seattle today their were not as physical and intimidating as usual today outside of the lick Chancellor put on Edelman.

Still Patriots took their best shot and still found a way to win.

Was a great game to watch though despite not being a big fan of either team. You could feel how critical every play was especially in the fourth quarter.

TBH I don't think that was that bad of a play call... Here's the reasoning:

There's 25 seconds on the clock, 1 TO left for SEA, it's 2nd down. If they run the ball and don't get it, they're forced to take the TO with about 18 secs left. In that case, it's 3rd down, with about 18 sec left and they have no TOs left. This means that they have to call a pass play, since if they don't get it on the run once again they probably won't have much time to set up on fourth down. That makes it very predictable to the defence since it's probably gonna be a pass play.

Now, if anything other than an INT happened on that play, say, an incompletion. It woulda been 3rd down with about 20 sec left. Now they can run the ball with Lynch and take a TO if they don't get it, which would also give them plenty of time to think of what to do on fourth down whether they wanna run or pass.

It really wasn't as bad of a call as people make it to be. And it was honestly probably the right decision to call a pass IMO. Just unfortunate for SEA that it turned out the way it did.

Wow, voice is gone, just unbelievable. Friends all watching at home theatre, just chaos!!!! Still can't believe my eyes...Jules, pure warrior. Catches the ball, dinged by Chancelor, clearly groggy and dazed, about to go down, picks himself up and keeps running while out of it. Shady secondary almost cost us again ffs, Ryan and Arrington got torched.

Brady clutchhhh!!!!!!! 9 of 12 playoff game winning drives. Revive a dynasty, cut the roots off a one for the Hawks. Really hope Lynch leaves and Hawks pay up Wilson the most in the league...idk how they don't know Wilson is average and overpaying him would be outrageous. If Lynch leaves, they'll see how bad a decision is. Brady GOATTTTTTT :towel: :towel:

...and mofo Butler, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hawks fans & Sherman - "you mad bro?"
