StevoCanuck
I made this topic because i want everybody to appreciate how valuable Jannik Hansen is to our team. He gets under the skins of players and that creates an image for our team that we are irratating and rough to play against. (Like him mocking Dion Pylon today) that was perfection. He plays on every signle line and contributes every night. And this season is one of his bests cause he's been consistent evey night as well as the 4th line. and this is all happening under willie desjardins. He allows everyone to play 10min + so they can all produce. Kenins and horvat made some unreal passes today. Can't wait till they finish them. Appreciate what hansen brings to out team. He's very valuable. And by the way... He played on the 4th line all season and has 30 points.. Tied with our 2nd line players. Previous years each coach uses him on different lines and he contributes whereever he plays. 4th line shouldn't bother him cause Willie lets everyone play equal minutes. He works hard and is always the unsung hero of the team . He deserves more than that
ComptonCanuck
agreed hansen is a useful player. would kill for a high 2nd round pick 4 him in this yrs draft tho
canuktravella
kenins is the man hits hustles 11 points in 17-18 games for a rook is sweet if he had been up all yr bo would have 25-30 goals and both would be in consideration for rookies of the yr this line is awesome
canuktravella
we could get a mid second for hansen we need to unload richardson and higgins and burrows time for youngsters bit lets see if team can go far in playoffs and figure this stuff out at draft
Mathew Barzal
Well, it's only a matter of time before he misses a breakaway and then he'll go back to stone hands status.

two drink minimum
Love Jannik as a 3rd or 4th liner. Top six?... not so much. His speed is such a factor on that line. He has really improved at catching the opposing D on their heels and using his speed to gain the zone. It creates a lot of room for Bo and Ronnie to make plays offensively. JeremyCuddles
I prefered Dorsett on the Horvat line, but I like moving him up to spread to grinder love. Gives more lines an edge. Could possibly see Hansen getting traded at the draft. Got some youngins that aren't (I think) waiver eligible next season.
-Moose
Honey Badger Hansen used to be my least favourite player on the Canucks. He's really changed that this season.
Toni Zamboni
ive always been a huge fan of Hansen, gotta love the Badge!! nice to see him being appreciated for a change.
Horvat
agreed hansen is a useful player. would kill for a high 2nd round pick 4 him in this yrs draft tho I totally disagree, would like to package him with lack, say: WPG: Jensen[Danish, Rookie] and Hansen [Danish, Veteran] + Lack [Goalie Depth] VAN: 2015 1st Round Pick
Coconuts
He's been a stud for us in the bottom six, and he's been great with the young guys. I'd like to keep him going forward if possible, he's a great role model for our young guys who are trickling into the lineup.
Horvat
Or I totally disagree, would like to package him with lack, say: DET: Jensen[Danish, Rookie] and Hansen [Danish, Veteran] + Lack [Goalie Depth] VAN: Dylan Larkin
Gaudette Celly
Still tends to be inconsistent though. Will look really good for a few games, score for a few games, but then be invisible for a while.
Stackin'ThePads
I think Hansen will be sticking around longer than most people think.

Shaft
Still tends to be inconsistent though. Will look really good for a few games, score for a few games, but then be invisible for a while. I disagree. He's never invisible. Sure he might not score for a while but it's the little things he does that make him noticeable.
desiboynux4lifee*******
Hansen always shows up against easier competition but against tough teams he is invisible.
SamJamIam
I think Hansen will be sticking around longer than most people think. Agreed. The people assuming that we're going to trade away Higgins and Hansen for a couple of picks are going to be sadly disappointed on draft day. Besides, we already got a better player in Baertschi than anyone we could pick in a mid-2nd position.
