Gaunce is a wonderful young man with exceptional character. Not always obvious because he can be quite reserved in public, but he's just a quality individual, a dedicated teammate, and has some very strong leadership qualities. Nevertheless, Boeser might be turn out to be the best Canucks first round pick taken outside the Top 10/15 since Cory Schneider and best forward taken in the latter part of the first round since Kesler. Both him and Baer are adept at playmaking from the wing though.
