But it can be improved alot if players focus on it and one would hope a player with his attitude / leadership will. They helped him alot in the AHL and got him to start moving his feet so even the team knows its an issue.

That goal happened because Henrik made a blind cross ice pass to no one and the play went all the way, and of course Henrik takes his time to get back into defensive position.

He wasn't near the cease he was in it and prevented Miller from coming forward.
