Funny you ask...imagined a savoury roast beef dinner with yorkshire pudding and baby potatoes with awesome gravy...

 

Went and bought the ingredient and cooked up a meal for the famlly that I imagined..now on the second bottle of red wine and feeling pretty good;)

Does it matter?   Follow what feels more natural! I'm still trying to find a reason to hand out a beer though.  I'm not a drinker and personally don't like the idea of "giving out beers" to kids. lol.  Maybe they can swap it out for poutine or nachos :D

You need oil of oregano 3 times daily and eat lots of garlic. Haven't had a cold in over 10 years
