Even with your Caps players not really having a huge impact on the round your depth carried you over the finish line. Was a true honour to go up against you and I look forward to many more series in the future! Best of luck all of my players advancing; with the exception of Robin Lehner and Nick Cousins. (hope you get chased Lehner :D) Was a fantastic run and real good learning experience to our guys. We are so thankful for what our trade deadline additions brought to our young group. Adding such character, veteran leaders really helped with the development of our youth! Good luck to all the GM's remaining! Rush17 Posted August 22, 2020 Share Posted August 22, 2020 CBJ will be looking to make some changes to our club to adapt to the current flat cap environment we are all entering into for the 2020-21 season. We will be looking to make some trades - If you wish to chat trade please hit me up. The club will have some decisions to make on some expiring contracts that run out after next season. (Both UFA/RFA). We may explore trade options for the 3rd OA pick in this years draft. We would like to try and contend again next season so if there is a deal that makes sense involving that pick we will certainly consider it. I will speak with Mike about the Wild. On the archives it has you as the GM for the 16/17 season. - it says you won your division but were eliminated in in the semi-finals. Caboose is on record as the GM who took the team to the finals back to back years in 13/14 and 14/15. I'll talk to Mike and see if we can get that altered if that is the case. Yeah, basically I came in for the playoffs in 2014/15 and made the Finals with zero players available, then followed that up the following year. They very graciously put me down as GM alongside MM for the Canucks but he was the GM for that run so deserves the credit (though I do like to enjoy taking credit for some of it ).
