Popular Post yes we can nucks
Well, I'm reminding you that after our 4-0 loss to the Bruins last month in Boston, people on this board were bemoaning that we weren't good enough to play with the big boys. I said it was our third game in 4 nights, and that game wasn't a true measure of how good (or not) we were. Let's see how it goes when we're fresh and Boston is in our barn, I said. Tonight we got our answer. We can play with the big boys. Yeah, yeah, it was Boston's third game in 4 nights.... '
mikkim
That was a good all round game tonight, I've been a little hard on Bo but tonight he stepped up, he set the tone, he was a leader tonight. The Canucks control there own destiny, they have two games in hand on Vegas, if they continue with this effort they will make the playoffs. Did anyone else notice a marked difference to our D zone coverage tonight? Everyone was forcing the MAN and closing the gaps to take away the puck. That's exactly what Tampa fans did to us not so long ago. And I heard fans in other arenas chanting that too. It's not so much about having class. It's more about the home team fans having fun.

Usually you get in a game like this with a good team you're biting your nails to the end. Hell of a game tonight." - Green

He's a piece that gives us a lot of different elements that we don't have throughout our lineup. Speed, grit, tenacity. He's got a lot of things you like from a coach's standpoint." - Green on Motte 6 2
