I read an article about this.  Basically all the rescheduled Canucks games messed up a bunch of teams regional and national TV commitments.   The Sunday night game was a "Regional" Canucks game and all broadcast nationally.  The last 2 games are "Regional" games for the Flames and broadcast nationally.  That meets all the commitments for the Canucks & Flames

The guy has had an insane schedule, covid outbreak, a tilt with the zero-respect Fleas, handled ridiculously hard minutes all year, and just keeps on keeping on.

 

Bring him back next year.  He won't be as exhausted in a regular schedule - and the team needs him.

 

I love Rathbone, but people need to get real - he's nowhere near ready to handle Edler type minutes.
