I believe Petey has been hindered severely by not being able to generate speed in the neutral zone due to a lack of support by his linemates due to systems. 

 

He's a rush player, you just have to help him get there.

So far I've seen good defensive play (like a real system), Petey enter the zone with confidence and take a hit and then get up quickly, Brock take a long shot and quite a few other promising plays.  Keep it going!
