He really does. If he was given a defensive minded partner he could create some amazing offence. Unreal how well he skates despite his age. If deployed right I think he's going to be amazing for us for at least a few years. For the ending years of his contract, if his offence dries up like Edler, he can still play a shutdown role.

I watched the coyotes a bit on Center ice last year, and I found when he was paired with OEL he was really solid. I think OEL brought stability to him the last few years, but this year he looks scrambly, lost and flustered anytime I’ve seen him play.
