IMHO Garland can be the guy that is flipped for a good d man in the off season. Garland has never gotten past the 40pt mark in his career. Like others have said, his leg strength is what's holding him back right now. Because he does have great defensive instincts, and isn't exactly slow. Honestly, everything rests on the Dallas game. And the out of town scoreboard was not kind to us tonight. On a side note, freakin LOVED the way Podz played angry tonight. I realize that, I was going to say good 40pt winger (as hes put up 39 points in less than 82 games 2wice in a row now) but it looks like he will break 40 points this year...so I buffered it. Demko have been overplayed this season and he's worn down.. he lost 6 of his last 7 games.. he's been ok and made some great saves in those games.. but haven't exactly been the demko we've seen all season.. he's simply not used to playing that many games all of a sudden.
