The Canucks simply do not have the personnel manning the blue line. They need another two top 4 D-men... preferably with size. Roster turnaround is gonna take more than one off-season as will building a prospect pool. Why not wait it out and not have to pay him till 2030s. When the whole team sucks it’s easy to pick apart a player with the biggest contract. I don’t mind OEL. Thought he was great last year. A consistent D partner would be nice.
