There is no evidence that Emilie did anything wrong other than what someone said about her. Innocent until proven guilty. So why drag Emilie and her reputation through the mud when you have no evidence to the contrary? Anyone can file a claim through the Human Rights Tribunal. The fact that Emilie is interviewing for the POHO position for Philly tells me she is quite respected around the league. The same can't be said for Rachel who even acknowledged herself that she probably will never get another job in the NHL. I don't think there is any proof that Emilie is the cause of toxicity here much less that Rachel isn't the cause herself, like saying not a single person outside Luke Hughes circle has a good thing to say about him.
