Nice pick up on Soucy!!! Now let's get Adam's Foote's son 6ft 5inch stature and we will have the tallest D in the league!!!

Pass on Cal. He can’t skate, like at all.

The bald black guy with the glasses on Sportsnet pooped all over us for our bottom 6 saying not good enough.

Calling out the following names, Joshua, Garland, Aman and PDG.

That kind of irked me

Yeah we still have a 3rd line centre issue but Joshua could slide up. The guy got 11 goals last season and seems to be on the upswing.

Bleuger could go on our 4th line. We also have Raty developing and might impress as well.

Ya we didn’t score with ROR but our bottom 6 is not that bad!

Our defence got addressed and that was priority.

In 2011 our 3rd line was Hansen - Malhotra - Torres. That's the type of third line that's makes you a contender. Our third line last year was a shadow of the 2011 3rd line.

He's not wrong. Aman is hot garbage that Alvin seems to like. I thought Joshua played well at times but not a consistent effort.

My hope is Aman does not return to the team. There doesn’t seem to room for him anyways with PK specialist Bleuger now on the team

I’m starting to thing that the rumours about San Jose/Myers are true. Maybe we’re a 3rd team for that EK trade and Myers is a stop gap replacement for Karlsson.

EK is not a defender, he is a forward pretending. He needs to be partnered with an elite defensive defenceman like Victor Hedman. We don’t have any of those

Ok I didn't realize his skating is bad...lol!!! Make sense now in their choice of signing Soucy over Cal.

I hope he finds a place somewhere. I just don’t think he fits with our mantra of having defenseman that can skate and move the puck on the transition.

With Juulsen, Woo, Hirose, Brisebois in the fold, I can’t see Cal being a fit here.

Not a lot of money out there, have to expect some decent contracts signed after today.

Yeah, I get that and he may be on the decline, but I thought someone would have thrown 3 or 4 million a year at him for a couple of years. Maybe 3.

If we had that room, I would make that offer.

Who knows though? Wait it out a bit and maybe get him on an even cheaper one year deal.

PA still working on things per 650.

No plans to speak to the media (currently) as he is too busy.

I hope he's not done! (even though he's done a lot already)

My dream is to bring in Pesce, somehow, maybe a miracle Myers trade package or something.

Hughes - Pesce

Soucy - Hronek

Cole - Juulsen

Woo

Demko

A deep playoff run, finally :bigblush:

Hronek was a real pain as well...he was very noticeable when he played against the Canucks.

This is a much tougher d core now.

For sure. Tocchet is going to love it.

I would target a forward with more grit over Duchene - he has always struck me as a guy that plays on losing teams. Doesn't seem like a guy who has a high work level...don't think he would thrive under Tocchet
