Desjardins' Mustache
Imagine if Kesler had been traded to Chicago for Sharp instead of Anaheim. Maybe we could throw in Hansen aswell. CHI wouldn't be over the cap. Just sit back, close your eyes and imagine... New top 6 Kassian Sedin Sharp Sedin Horvat Vrbata
73 Percent
Although that lineup is nice for now, sharp is 32 and not what we need. We needed to get younger. This would be dictator on a leaking canoe.

canadiangunner
that would of been worse then what we have. Jared McCann is a future top 6, and the others can help with the rebuild. Even with sharp we aren't getting a whiff of the cup for a few years. That deal would make zero sense and just shows your lack of understanding of team, cap and asset management. dragon4401
Worse then then what we have now...Sharp is good but opens a big hole on the 2nd line...Then there is Garrisons spot to consider along with Dorsett and McCann

D-Money
Sharp is two and a half years older than Kesler, and is starting to show signs of decline. That would be a TERRIBLE trade, let alone adding Hansen.

So really we'd look like Kassian Sedin Sharp Sedin ______ Vrbata With possibly Vey stepping in, or Benning making moves to acquire a makeshift 2C. New top 6 Kassian Sedin Sharp Sedin Horvat Vrbata Kinda makes you glad that he went to the ducks, otherwise we'd have a boarder line NHLer on the first line and a checking rookie as our second line center.... Well we'd be in good shape for the first overall draft pick anyway.
