I’ve been a Green supporter since day 1.
But if he puts in Rousell over Virtanen again in game 2, I’m jumping the fence and joining the fire Green team.

The kid needs to be in.  His game is built for the playoffs.   Let him loose.

Sutter surprised me last game. He was one of our better forwards. I’d have him with Ferland and Jake. Take out Gaudette and move Rousell to the 4th line or replaced with Mac. This game is do or die.

Gonna have to turn it up to 11.

I as a fan could do better too. I didnt put out any flags or memorabilia.

I wore a Nux tshirt and jersey, but I was lacking in the flair dept... didnt wear any of 4 canucks hats, or my wrist bands, or my Canucks socks... not even my slippers.

That was wrong of me. I'll do better tomorrow

Pics or it didn't happen.

Here’s the lineup I’d like to see for Game 2:

Forwards

Miller-Pettersson-Boeser

Ferland-Horvat-Virtanen

Pearson-Sutter-Toffoli

Motte-Beagle-Eriksson

-Reunite Petey and Brock.

-Time to unleash Jake.
-Reunite Pearson and Toffoli. Gaudette looked lost in Game 1. Need Sutter for face offs.

-We need Eriksson on the Penalty Kill to help shutdown Minnesota’s Power Play that lit us up on Sunday.

Defense

Hughes-Tanev

Edler-Stecher

OJ-Myers

-OJ played well against Winnipeg and Fantenburg was a bit of an adventure in Game 1.

In Net

Markstrom

-Played decent but needs to lock it down for us to have a chance. No more softies.

Go Canucks Go! :canucks:

That’s probably not going to happen because it makes too much sense.

Didn’t look good for Winnipeg or Edmonton after game 1, but they got the job done. Canucks certainly can too.

Go Canucks go!

And Winnipeg's all the more impressive, doing it without their 2 leading scorers

Neither Calgary nor Chicago's top 4 d is remotely comparable to minnys, imo

They both have better offences though. And Chicago has a much better goalie than Minny.

And Canucks really have a much better defence and offence (considering injuries) than Winnipeg. The horses are there, they just need to run.

Nope, Minny scored more goals than either team, though marginally.

All these people demanding Jake goes in. I am not disagreeing, but perhaps Green knows something you don't? Maybe he isn't in game shape? He didn't exactly have any amount of jump in camp.

...just saying...

People keep saying "maybe he knows something fans don't". Maybe Green is just an idiot. If we're gonna go down the "maybe" rabbit hole.
