g_bassi13 Posted March 7, 2013 Share Posted March 7, 2013 Also, you are supposed to avoid eating and drinking for 30 minutes after brushing your teeth, as to not swallow any excess fluoride. Your toothpaste packages will state this as well. Link to comment
