Frankly what most people here fail to realize is all those odd man rushes he gaffed on he created them. I actually thought he played quite well. Leivo and Pearson were really good together they created so many odd man rushes and drove the play a lot. The only thing is that Leivo was fighting the puck all night. So many times he just couldn't settle the puck. Once he gets that figured out he'll be dynamite. I have more expectations for EP and the entire team over the next 2-6 years vs this season and next. But not to worry, I don't see Coach Green giving him a long leash in a top 6 role, if any. But on a 4th line, thats a waste deployment of Virtanen in my opinion.
