Didn't want the Frankenstein team to win but ffs, its tough watching the team that dominated the pace in much of the series against us, including game 7, get shut down so easily by Dallas. I suppose Khudobin has a lot to do with it. But goaltending wasn't the issue with Canucks either.  It was team defense.

They played us hard and we didn’t give it to them easy.

It’s crazy to think how close we were to facing the Stars in Round 1. I wonder how we would’ve done against them.

That photo is from 1999.  Dallas had the Star-shaped jersey in 2000.

Not to mention a few guys that have fought and clawed year after year into playoffs.

We've got a horrible record against Dallas, but it's fun to daydream about
