I may have misunderstood, but I think he is able to play the 2nd game, not the first. NHL put some ruling into plade the other day that impacts Hamonic and LTIR. Anything under 2 million is a great deal for a #3 D man that played 21 minutes on a very good Calgary team? #27 will add lots of grit along side Hughes..
