He has been fantastic from the moment he got here. Perhaps there was something about Schmidt's abrupt departure from the team that had something to do with Baumgartner and TG? Let's face it: few players actually flourished under TG. And my favorite visual all game was seeing Quinn literally take down a forward much bigger than him while clearing the crease or keeping his check to the outside the whole game. Quinn Hughes ladies and Germs, 27 points (4th) + 10 best on the team tied with Fox and now kills penalties and protects leads and he's 22 effin years old.
