That being said I think they might wanna reevaluate their powerplay setup going forward. I think OEL should be on the first unit with Hughes. Have him be the point man and Hughes can be a rover.

Why would you say such a thing?  I would love to see them get coaching jobs in Toronto, Edmonton,

Calgary and various American hockey cities as well.
