After all, he was the one who offered. Sometimes you have to say no to young guys. Like those extra long shifts. Knowing your limits and what's best for the team. He's protected himself well from hits at LD. I'd hate to see him miss step and turn the wrong way during a game. You're right, he seems to absorb hits rather than pivot away from them; if his first few strides were a little faster maybe he wouldn't be punished on the wall so much.
